We are seeking a professional to bridge the gap between finance and sales by partnering closely with commercial organisations to support business growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage profit and loss statements, and collaborate with product leaders to support revenue growth.
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze revenue performance and its financial impact.
  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting and analysis.
  • Drive process improvements within the Finance function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner, supporting P&L management.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes, especially regarding forecasting and month-end close.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with financial/reporting systems.
  • Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles.
