Director of Sales Position

The Director of Sales is a pivotal role for an ambitious leader who can elevate the hotel's commercial and revenue strategies. They will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, ensuring long-term success and competitiveness.

This position plays a vital part in the hotel leadership team, partnering with the General Manager to achieve financial goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maximise revenue through strategic planning and implementation, optimising revenue streams and building strong client relationships.
  • Manage departmental budgets to ensure alignment with the hotel's financial objectives.
  • Develop pricing strategies, forecast demand, and manage inventory to maximise occupancy and average daily rates across all revenue streams.
  • Analyse revenue performance, market dynamics, and operational efficiency to deliver strategic insights and regular reporting.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of commercial professionals, setting targets and building a results-driven culture.
