Health, Safety and Environment Specialist

We are seeking an entry-level professional to join our team in maintaining and improving our organisation's Health, Safety and Environment standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the HSE team to identify potential risks and hazards in various processes and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Support the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and programs related to quality, environment, health, and safety.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HSE, and prepare reports for management review.
- Engage in cross-functional collaborations to promote a culture of HSE awareness and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure our organisation remains compliant and up-to-date.
- Attend HSE meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in HSE management.
