Key Responsibilities:

- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
- Desirable: experience in running multi-residential high-rise projects.
