Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cost planning, estimating, and detailed cost reporting from early stages to final account.
  • Prepare and evaluate tenders, lead procurement processes, and support contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Attend site visits, manage project risks, and ensure consistent delivery to high standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • Proficiency in CostX or similar software is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Well-rounded sector experience (commercial, residential, health, education) is a strong advantage.
