Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead our contract management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and termination.
  • Provide expert advice on contract-related matters, including risk management and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in law or related field with substantial contract management experience.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts within transport or utilities management context.
  3. High-level experience in compliance and risk management, with ability to provide strategic advice.
  4. Well-developed stakeholder management and dispute resolution skills.
  5. Expertise in contract administration, including development, maintenance, and management of contract registers and processes.
