About the Role:

  • Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance with industry regulations\
  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate sub-contractor agreements and resolve disputes\
  • Analyze progress claims and payments, identifying areas for improvement\
  • Prepare and submit variations to clients, ensuring timely completion of projects\
  • Manage Scope of Works and facilitate effective communication with team members\
  • Optimize cost management processes and implement best practices\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders\
  • Foster strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients\
  • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes\

About You:

  • \
  • You will have several years' experience as a contracts administrator, preferably in commercial construction\
  • A Construction related tertiary qualification would be highly regarded\
  • Mid-tier contracting experience is essential\
  • You will have experience working on building and refurbishment projects in commercial construction, ideally to $50M in value\
  • Experience working on Govt and community projects is highly desirable\
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required\
