We are seeking an experienced Supervisor GP to join our busy mixed-billing clinic in Narre Warren. This role offers the chance to continue your own patient care while also providing clinical leadership and supervision within a supportive, well-resourced practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient-centred general practice services
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to registrars and VR GPs
  • Support practice standards, compliance, and quality improvement
  • Contribute to the clinic's growth, teamwork, and patient experience
About You
  • Current AHPRA registration and FRACGP (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' GP experience in Australia
  • Approved GP supervisor (or working towards supervisor recognition)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Committed to delivering safe, accessible, high-quality healthcare
