The role involves working within an event registration software, delivering digital event assets such as registration invites, reminders, post-event surveys, event registration, and event websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading key event information into the event registration software
  • Building registration pages to facilitate event registrations
  • Creating website landing pages for events
  • Scheduling and coordinating virtual conferences and webinars
  • Collaborating with the Digital Content team to deliver EDMs for events
  • Responding to queries from internal stakeholders
  • Collating and analyzing relevant data to generate insights and reports

You will be tech savvy, with strong computer skills including MS Office and basic HTML coding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tech savvy individual with strong computer skills
  • Knowledge and experience using virtual video platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals
