Job Summary

The Coordinator Learning Governance role is a key position that plays a critical part in enhancing governance and compliance arrangements for training and assessment services.


This position will contribute to ensuring consistency and standardisation of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) practices, supporting a positive and streamlined training experience for members.


The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager Quality and Evaluation to provide expert advice, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


About You

You are an organised and proactive professional with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, strong compliance and quality control expertise, and meticulous attention to detail.


You have contemporary knowledge of competency-based training practices, advanced administrative skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.


As a team player, you will be confident in working collaboratively in a virtual environment and independently managing projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on RTO compliance requirements and support the development of best practices
  • Work collaboratively with the Manager Quality and Evaluation to ensure consistency and standardisation of RTO practices
  • Contribute to the implementation of processes that maintain RTO accreditation and drive continuous improvement
