An exciting Ongoing opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Stakeholder Advisor to join the NSW Telco Authority, a rapidly growing part of Digital.NSW within the Department of Customer Service.
In the Strategy and Innovation team we set the strategic direction for NSW Telco Authority. Our vision is to drive and influence innovative connectivity solutions into government agencies and emergency service organisations to support public access to telecommunications services across metro, regional and rural NSW. The Strategy and Innovation team work to ensure the necessary digital portfolio, funding and priorities are in place to support world class customer-centric connectivity today and into the future.
You will be joining a friendly, fast-paced, dynamic and diverse team who is passionate about keeping people and places safe.
The role sits within the Innovation and Strategic Partnerships team in the Strategy and Innovation business unit of NSW Telco Authority.

**In this role you will**:
- Identify and engage with stakeholders from government agencies and industry partners to organise meetings/workshops in support of NSW Telco Authority projects
- Provide excellent stakeholder engagement and management services to other government agencies on external initiatives
- Provide key administrative support for the team, coordinating with teams across Strategy and Innovation and other business units of the NSWTA
**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills??
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesise and present complex information in a succinct manner
- Proficient project management and coordination skills.
**What we need from you**:

We work with emergency services and telecommunications carriers to protect communications assets during emergencies and natural disasters.
NSWTA is a delivery agency with responsibility for over $1.5 billion in key NSW Government projects that connect communities and support emergency services.
We lead and coordinate whole-of-government connectivity strategy to bridge the digital divide and help keep people and places safe.
NSWTA operates as a standalone Statutory Authority within the Department of Customer Service. We promote flexibility and we will consider part time, job share and other flexible arrangements.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101947 base plus superannuation
