Production Kitchen Role

We are seeking a part-time Chef to join our Production Kitchen team. The successful candidate will be qualified and capable of handling general food production for our outlets and events.

As a Chef, your role extends beyond traditional culinary duties. You'll be a driving force in our creative Kitchen, brainstorming new products, recipes, and innovative preparation techniques. Your passion for innovation and commitment to keeping our culinary offerings exciting will be essential to the success of our kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • Food handling and preparation, knife skills, and dishwashing experience in a similar operation.
  • Boardroom, café, restaurant, or hotel kitchen experience.
  • Understanding of healthy food products and processes, dietary, and religious preferences.
  • Experience in stock ordering.
  • High standard of professional service and personal presentation.
  • Possess excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Information technology skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
