Culinary Excellence

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Production Kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and collaborating with our chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, prepping, and cooking ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including dishwashing and sanitising surfaces
  • Collaborate with our chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Contribute to stock management and help maintain a well-organised kitchen

Requirements

  • Capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team
  • A demonstrated ability to implement good food handling practices and personal hygiene
  • Experience in cleaning kitchens and equipment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Basic Computer Skills
