About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Team Member to join our team at Sussan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and recommendations, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Assist with stock deliveries and visual merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Oversee the store, including opening and closing procedures, and manage the team
