Are you an experienced Injury Manager Advisor or Rehabilitation Consultant/Counsellor looking for a varied portfolio and new challenge within an employer?

Haylo People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance Recruitment, we are partnered with a leading, international and proud organisation who deliver high level services to varying community sectors.

**The Role**:

- Supporting the return to work of injured workers as quickly and as safely as possible back into the workplace.
- End-to-end management of the claim using your experience to ensure suitable duties and injury management support is delivered.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the business around the best return to work plan for the injured worker.
- You will look for and implement where possible, early intervention strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
- Support cost-effective injury management interventions to best support claim outcomes. Actively understand the impact your role and your interventions have on reducing claims costs impacting premium.

**About you**:

- Experienced in claims management within the NSW Workers Compensation scheme.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of physical and psychological injuries and deal with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience in coaching and training on return to work and rehabilitation programs
