Drive transformation through leadership.

Key Objectives
  • Develop a training strategy aligned to market growth expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, technical requirements and accreditation standards in the context of public, in-house, bespoke training delivery.
  • Achieve financial targets for the Training stream.
Commercial Goals
  • Lead the Public Training sales team to drive annual growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and manage Enterprise Training Solutions.
  • Establish an effective Channel Management function.
  • Support internal training for the sales team on new products and services.
  • Contribute to the development of new training solutions and innovative delivery models.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales functions to establish effective marketing channels.
  • Deploy and maximize market penetration of the global training portfolio.
  • Support Sales with client meetings.
Operational Efficiency
  • Prioritize operational efficiency by overseeing resource allocation and optimizing workflows.
  • Create a highly efficient team of Training Operations in synergy with Operational capacity.
  • Establish a Tutor Community with internal and external experts.
  • Maintain and develop Tutor Qualifications.
  • Manage service delivery of Enterprise Training Solutions.
  • Project and Program Management of key account delivery.
  • Work on a learner and strategic customer journey through digital transformation.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and implement best-in-class training delivery.
  • Manage the training curriculum in ANZ.
  • Manage the training material of all courses.
Management Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of direct reports, including Tutors and Training Sales.
  • Interface with other functions and departments.
Product Knowledge
  • Articulate the value proposition of BSI training.
  • Apply product features and benefits to customers' needs.
  • Articulate BSI's training products and qualifications.
  • Understand robust training delivery models.

  • Financial performance KPIs.
  • Improve efficiency in the process.
  • Drive and deliver training business growth.
  • Motivate direct reports to achieve business expectations.
Customer Focus
  • Articulate the value of using BSI products and services.

Person SpecificationKnowledge and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of training sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial leadership experience in the training business in the AU market.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing training business.
  • Deep social media and digital marketing knowledge.
  • Experience with Digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Good command of customer relationship exploration, maintenance and development.
