About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Team Lead at AECOM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of talented professionals in delivering projects that create a positive and tangible impact around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare and review reports, proposals, tender documents, and correspondence, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support staff development and manage performance, helping team members reach their full potential.
  • Offer technical expertise and lead business development efforts for project excellence, driving innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in generalist roles, with a strong background in Impact Assessment.
  • A passion for leading a team, with the ability to inspire and drive a collaborative culture.
  • A proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary projects, achieving goals, and ensuring profitability.
  • Experience across diverse market sectors, providing consulting services and addressing environmental challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for developing and nurturing relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and industry contacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
