About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Lead to join our team in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects and programs from initiation to delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.



Main Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize project outcomes and minimize risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, budget, and risk management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and learning within the team.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as construction management, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing projects, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, including proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Primavera software is highly regarded.
  • Defence Clearances are highly valued.
