Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage our civil infrastructure projects across various sectors, including transportation, water, and mining. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, project management, and business development expertise to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and business development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, with a focus on transportation, water, and mining sectors.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
