As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent service will shine through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and tasks
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with guests to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless transition for guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
  • This role requires availability for weekend and public holiday shifts

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will be:

  • No experience required
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
