Chief Academic Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to join our educational community at Bunya Campus.
The successful candidate will lead the campus in developing a shared educational vision, providing quality outcomes for all stakeholders. They will oversee the Residential Study Programme, manage behaviour issues, and coordinate student leadership programmes.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing behaviour support strategies, and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the campus to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Provide quality leadership and capacity building for all staff in behaviour support strategies and classroom management.
- Manage and resolve behaviour issues and/or student well-being issues, including OneSchool reporting and communication with parents and other school staff.
- Oversee the strategic vision and direction of signature agricultural programs.
