Catering Operations Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Catering Operations Specialist.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient loading and unloading of catering materials onto and off aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete pre-trip vehicle checks and ensure the cleanliness of the high-loader catering vehicle.
  • Load and unload catering materials in accordance with flight schedules and health and safety requirements.
  • Liaise with the Transport Dispatcher and Duty Manager to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A current MR or HR valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 7-day roster across morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Willingness to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and Airside Driving Authority (ADA).
  • No criminal background.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
