**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee production processes, work on project activities leading to commercial operation and improve processes for maximum efficiency.

This role involves monitoring production lines, operators and processes, implementing departmental goals and objectives in collaboration with the Production Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess good knowledge of applicable SOPs, safety procedures, productivity, and lean operations. Process engineering or quality experience within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor production lines and processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Work with the Production Manager to implement departmental goals and objectives.
  • Supervise production operators, runs and setup.

**Requirements:**

  • Good knowledge of Australian GMP and applicable SOPs.
  • Safety procedures and productivity expertise.
  • Lean operations knowledge and process engineering experience preferred.
