Job Summary:

We are seeking a Process Efficiency Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production at our factory and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of efficient production processes
  • Develop and maintain a safety culture with zero incidence
  • Collaborate with the EHS function to identify and address safety improvement opportunities
  • Maintain high quality and safety standards in production orders
  • Liaise with the quality team to resolve quality issues and customer complaints
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing production in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles to drive process efficiency
  • Accountable, strong initiative, and a growth mindset to drive efficiency and faster processes
  • Tertiary qualifications in any engineering or business discipline
