We're in a massive growth phase with major investment in Sales & Marketing. If you want to break into FinTech/SaaS sales and build a real career, this is your on-ramp with a clear, realistic path to Junior AE in 18–24 months.

Efficiency Leaders powers Rapid AP, finance automation that helps mid-market and enterprise organisations eliminate manual invoice processing and increase governance, compliance & control. You'll sell a proven solution that solves real problems for CFOs, Finance, and AP leaders.

What you'll do

• Drive top of funnel pipeline via high-quality outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) and fast follow-ups.
• Qualify prospects against ICP, pain, timing, and next steps; book high-intent meetings for AEs.
• Run tight sequences, personalise at scale, and keep immaculate CRM hygiene.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and lead follow-up to maximise conversion.
• Weekly activity completed without prompting, 5 meeting minimum, outreach targets and know your numbers.

What you'll bring

• 1–2+ years in B2B outbound phone-based lead generation (SaaS/tech/fin-services a plus but not required).
• Confident on the phone, highly intelligible English, sharp written style, consistent adherence to process.
• Curiosity for finance workflow/ERP ecosystems and the problems we solve for Finance teams.
• Grit, coachability, and a growth mindset & a clear and demonstrable desire to earn the jump to junior AE.

How we measure success

• Consistent weekly activity and conversion to meetings/SQOs.
• Pipeline created for AEs and revenue influence.
• Clean CRM, clear next steps, If it isn't in the CRM it "Doesn't exist"
• Positive feedback from AE's.
