Job Title

A key role in our warehouse administration team is available for a motivated and organized individual to support the efficient management of inventory, orders, and data.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time, verifying documentation, conducting regular stocktakes, and reconciling against delivery paperwork.
  • They will also apply labels to packages and orders for efficient handling, foster a proactive approach to daily operations that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and positive communication.
  • Maintenance of compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and quality standards and procedures is essential.
About You

We are seeking an individual with previous experience in a Warehouse Administration role who possesses excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.

A strong attention to detail, particularly within a fast-paced warehouse environment, is required, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships and engage confidently with customers.
