Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional professional to serve as our Assistant Night Manager, responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during nights in the absence of the Night Manager or designate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure guest safety and satisfaction by effectively managing and supervising hotel operations overnight.
  • Empower colleagues through training and development in quality and service standards.
  • Accurately and timely complete the night audit function between 11pm – 7am.
  • Support Front Office staff in delivering exceptional service and personal recognition to guests.
  • Respond to emergency situations with calmness and effective decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Four years of guest service/hotel experience, including two years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
  • Fluency in local language required.
  • Valid certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid necessary.
