Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's overnight operation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of staff to achieve exceptional customer service and quality standards.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel's operations run smoothly, including front desk services, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
- Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure effective coverage of shifts
- Monitor and control expenses to optimize revenue and minimize losses
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
