Operations Supervisor

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the safety and security of guests and colleagues, as well as the accurate completion of daily financial reports.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication skills. As a hotel operations supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing all hotel operations during designated hours
- Training staff in quality and service standards
- Leading by example and consistently upholding industry standards
- Ensuring guests receive prompt, professional service
- Supporting front desk staff in providing exceptional service
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in a related field
- Four years of guest service/hotel experience with two years in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing night audits, handling financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required.
