Hotel Operations Specialist

A key role within our Guest Services team is the overnight operations specialist, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts and maintaining hotel operations during evening hours. This includes verifying all charges and revenue to guarantee financial integrity.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handling check-ins, check-outs, luggage handling, and other services as required. A professional attitude, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
