About the Role

We are a reputable firm offering a range of financial services, including tax, superannuation, and investment advice. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring we meet regulatory requirements, implementing and monitoring compliance policies, conducting audits, identifying and addressing compliance risks, and staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations.

Your responsibilities will also include training staff on compliance matters and liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct audits and identify compliance risks
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
  • Train staff on compliance matters
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Compliance Auditing
  • Knowledge of insurance brokerage industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in training and educating staff on compliance issues
  • Relevant certifications in compliance or related fields are advantageous
