Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. As a key member of our Project Services team, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the delivery of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated resources.
">About the Role
">In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and expectations, develop project plans, and manage the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of scope, timelines, and budget. You will also identify and assess potential issues and risks, and apply appropriate mitigation strategies as required.
">Key Responsibilities
">You will contribute to the ongoing improvement cycle of our implementation process, ensuring alignment with global best practices and utilization of clear standards and templates. You will also ensure the successful implementation of projects by leading a team of associates, providing leadership, and serving as the primary project-level liaison for clients.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will have 1-2 years of Project Management experience in IT and/or Payroll/HR industry with SAP skill set. You must have the ability to manage and lead a remote team to achieve project outcomes. Formal Project Management qualification is desired.
