Job Overview

This strategic contract role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage contracts and align them with operational objectives, delivering value for the business.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in contract management, preferably within the mining, energy, or heavy industry sectors, and a strong understanding of commercial and legal principles related to contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, and renewal.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and contractors to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice on contractual risks, opportunities, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure contracts are fit for purpose and meet operational requirements.
  • Lead contract reviews and audits to maintain performance standards and identify areas for improvement.
