As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective management of rail contracts. Your expertise and knowledge will be essential in ensuring compliance with government regulations and providing strategic advice to senior officers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review contractual documentation for passenger rail services, ensuring adherence to government guidelines and regulations.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and managing contracts, collaborating with legal teams and stakeholders as required.
  • Review and analyze performance reports and data, providing strategic guidance to senior executives.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders, adapting to changing needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives, particularly those related to governance frameworks for passenger rail service contracts.
  • Advise on passenger rail contracts to ensure government interests are represented and protected.
Additional Accountabilities:
  • Prepare reports and correspondence on behalf of senior executives, including Cabinet submissions and briefing notes.
  • Act as a key contact for enquiries, facilitating business and project activities that support passenger rail contract delivery.
