With over 130 years of service, Churches of Christ is one of Australia’s largest and most trusted not-for-profit organisations. We operate more than 200 services across Queensland and Victoria, supporting families, youth, and the elderly through aged care, housing, and community services.

Your Impact

As a key member of our People Services team, you will:

- Manage workers compensation claims and maintain accurate records

- Coordinate medical assessments and return-to-work programs

- Provide expert advice to managers on injury management and compliance

- Identify risks and escalate issues to ensure early intervention and safe recovery

- Generate reports and recommend improvements based on data trends

About You and What You Will Bring

- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or relevant field

- Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certification

- 5+ years’ experience in claims or injury management

- Strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation (QLD & VIC)

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
