Job Description

A high-level overview of the role is to provide Supply Chain support to ISS programmes, fulfilling client requirements under contract.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory systems and initiate cataloguing of new items.
  • Evaluate sourcing needs by liaising with stakeholders based on estimates, market experience and purchase complexity.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners to manage lead times and maintain control.
  • Provide input to supply chain reporting requirements and contribute to the supplier risk report.
  • Manage issues with goods/services through supplier corrective action.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of supply chain business processes and procedures.

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in supply support or logistics.
  • A formal qualification in either a trade or logistics management would be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of asset management standards, systems and processes.
  • Experience with supply chain management and part interpretation.
  • AGSVA baseline security clearance is a requirement for the role.
