About This Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success in a strategic role.
  • Strong knowledge of local and national employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Skills: A strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals, an excellent communicator with a proven ability to build relationships and manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy, a strong leader with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment, a hands-on problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities, in-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and the ability to maintain compliance, proficient in HR software and systems, with a data-driven approach to people management.
