- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies that minimize risk.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive environment.
- Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and retention programs to support the professional growth of our workforce.
- Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Oversee the efficient operation of HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success in a strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of local and national employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Skills: A strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals, an excellent communicator with a proven ability to build relationships and manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy, a strong leader with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment, a hands-on problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities, in-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and the ability to maintain compliance, proficient in HR software and systems, with a data-driven approach to people management.
