Volunteer Board Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director.


Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the integrity of our organisation.
  • Exercise key responsibilities, including:

  • • Monitoring our programmes and activities to ensure alignment with our mission.

  • • Complying with Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Governance Standards.

Selection Criteria

Candidates must have a deep understanding of the cultural, political, economic, and social context of the Pacific, and sufficient time to commit to Board work.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in campaigning or environmental movements.
  • Relevant governance experience, skills, and availability to become Board Chair.
  • Relevant networks to provide significant value to the Board.
