Strategic Technology Leader - Innovation and Development

Our organization is seeking a visionary Strategic Technology Leader to drive technological advancements that enhance our employee learning experience. As part of the Enterprise Technology function, supporting People & Culture, you will own and drive technological innovations that foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the roadmap, architecture, and digital transformation of our Learning and Development tech initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy, integrate new learning technologies, and collaborate with various business units to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve the effectiveness of our digital learning solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7 years' experience in an engineering focused, technology leadership role, supporting or providing services to a People & Culture function.
  • Deep expertise in technology strategy, enterprise architecture and HR systems.
  • Strong leadership and delivery skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
