**Business Partner Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the coordination of volunteers and provide professional advice to ensure their success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Volunteer Coordination:
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain volunteer databases.
      • Sourcing and interviewing volunteers, managing their onboarding experience.
      • Inducting volunteers and facilitating orientation programs.
    • Leadership and Support:
      • Act as key point of contact for volunteers, providing ongoing support and guidance.
      • Monitor mandatory training completion and organise recognition events.
    • Compliance and Integrity:
      • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
      • Maintain accurate records and perform integrity checks.
    • Strategic Support:
      • Build effective communication with managers to assess volunteer needs.
      • Work with internal teams to promote volunteer opportunities.
      • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years' experience in coordinating volunteers.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to interact with volunteers, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with volunteers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate diverse volunteer availability.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven, capable of taking initiative.

**Note:** Employment requires NDIS Worker Screening Check, Pre-Employment Medical Clearance, Right to Work in Australia and Full COVID Vaccination.
