">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth in revenue, margin, and market share.
You will work closely with the sales team to collaborate on customer solutions, research key industry projects, and prepare proposals, quotes, and tenders. Your goal will be to increase sales and expand our presence in the Sheet & Coil and Framing market.
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales. You will need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
">Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or account management, preferably in the steel industry
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to develop and deliver targeted sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and close deals
- Relationship-Building: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and build lasting partnerships
- Commercial Acumen: Commercial awareness with a focus on pricing, margin, and profitability
You will also have a degree in Business or a related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
