Job Overview

We are seeking an expert to provide high-level support and advice on employment relations matters.

About the Role

This role involves building strong working relationships with leaders, teams, and stakeholders to enable the provision of accurate and proactive advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the implementation of employment frameworks, policies, and enterprise bargaining activities to support our strategic direction and fulfill legislative and industrial responsibilities;
  • Manage complex employment matters and partner with respective teams on case management and investigations, disciplinary action, and representing us in industrial forums;
  • Develop and deliver employment presentations and information sessions to educate and inform leaders on best practices.

About You
  • Expertise in employment relations, with a passion for supporting and enabling others in a purpose-led environment;
  • Highly developed interpersonal, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills to effectively liaise, consult, and influence stakeholders;
  • Extensive experience in providing strategic and tactical advice on employment regulations to reach compliant and commercially viable solutions;
  • Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder relationships, disputes, and negotiations, as well as representing employers in industrial forums;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
