Administrative Customer Relations Officer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our high-performing team as an Administrative Customer Relations Officer. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who have a genuine interest in making a real impact in their community.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, community organizations, and residents to achieve shared objectives.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for staff members, preparing meeting agendas, documents, and presentations.
  • Plan process administration and records management using various tools and technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by conveying information clearly and empathetically to customers.
  • Understand and show genuine concern for customers' issues, demonstrating empathy and perspective-taking skills.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
