Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for the overall financial management of our business, including all aspects of accounting, finance, and compliance.

About the Role
  • This is a senior leadership position that will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
  • The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a property development or related organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial planning and budgeting
  • Management reporting and analysis
  • Debt finance procurement and management
  • Business partnering and influencing commercial outcomes
  • Financial accounting and compliance

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Accounting or equivalent
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role
