As a key member of our APAC Leadership Team, you will shape the financial future of our Asia Pacific operations and contribute to our continued success in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide timely insights to executive leadership.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Mitigate financial risks through proactive assessment and strategic initiatives.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
  • Provide financial expertise throughout the full acquisition lifecycle.
  • Support Banyan's highly acquisitive APAC M&A execution.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the growing local and international finance team.
  • Develop talent pipelines and succession plans to support long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification CA ANZ or CPA Australia (or internationally recognized equivalent).
  • 15+ years of managing Finance teams, experience with a globally distributed team preferred.
