About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project director to lead our team on complex social infrastructure projects. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering fantastic outcomes for our clients through your exceptional leadership skills.
You will work closely with industry leaders who have vast experience in delivering complex projects and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our company's project management capabilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale education projects and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You will also have the opportunity to work with our experienced project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and implement project plans and budgets
- Manage and coordinate the activities of project teams
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A degree qualification relating to either architecture, engineering, construction, or project management
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of project management principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
