Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead the delivery of complex high-voltage transmission and distribution projects. This role will oversee project execution from initiation through to completion, ensuring successful delivery on scope, time, quality, and safety while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transmission and distribution projects, encompassing all phases of project management.
  • Assume ownership of project scope, schedule, risk, and quality, making informed decisions to drive project success.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, preferably at a tertiary level.
  • Proven experience delivering high-voltage transmission/distribution projects within the energy sector, demonstrating expertise in project management.
  • A thorough understanding of EPC and contracting frameworks, enabling effective project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
