About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced clinician to assume the position of Team Leader in our Western Australian Positive Behaviour Support teams.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with our standards.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with and supporting clients/participants/patients across various settings, as well as expertise in clinical supervision and strong operational skills.

You will be supported by our Business Partners and Head of Operations to promote consistency in practice, clear communication of priorities, and a strong focus on participant outcomes.
