Leadership Opportunity in Mental Health Service Delivery

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our mental health services. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, including clinical risk management
  • Promote professional values and ethics in clinical practice
  • Demonstrate consolidated knowledge of research and evidence-based practices in service mental health programs and related areas
  • Lead initiatives to improve safety and quality of consumer care
Requirements

For this role, we are seeking an experienced mental health professional with a relevant tertiary qualification and current registration with AHPRA or membership with the appropriate professional association. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering individual and group therapy across a range of mental health presentations.

The successful applicant must hold a current Working with Children Certificate and National Police Clearance.
