Lead Clinical Behavioural Specialist

We are seeking a senior professional to oversee clinical and financial performance for our Positive Behaviour Support teams.
- This role involves providing high-level leadership across the team, supporting the development of Behaviour Support Practitioners, and ensuring evidence-based clinical support in line with NDIS guidelines and company policies.
- You will be responsible for identifying areas of development for the clinical team, liaising internally to ensure needs are met, and facilitating training and quality assurance initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to take on a leadership position and make a meaningful impact in our organisation.
- As a Lead Clinical Behavioural Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our Positive Behaviour Support teams and contributing to our mission to provide exceptional community-centred support services.
- You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, drive quality improvement initiatives, and develop your skills and expertise in leadership and behaviour support.
- You are an Advanced/Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in the NDIS sector.
- You have experience providing clinical and operational leadership, as well as developing and implementing behaviour support plans that achieve positive results.
